You get access to all the slabs you want along with a knowledgeable rep. Showroom and warehouse clean, organized and safe. John was super helpful.

My visit to MSI was very welcoming. Once I signed in I was escorted to view the granite section. The host provided me with samples of the granite I was interested in. All of the samples where not available, she offered to have the granite samples mailed to me. Excellent customer service.

Very helpful staff!! Fantastic set up that allows you to see large slabs instead of just little samples. After seeing a large slab of the color I thought I wanted, I changed my mind and went with something else they had. So glad I got to see it full sized! I would have been unhappy with my original selection if it had been installed.

MSI showroom has excellent service. Raul went out of his way to make my experience magnificent. He was very knowledgeable about granite. He answered all my questions quickly and offered excellent suggestions as well. He gave me his full attention and was not in a hurry, therefore I decided to look at LVP (flooring). Raul was also very knowledgeable about the flooring. He gave me various granite and wood samples. He also sent an LVP sample to my home, which arrived quickly. I was impressed with how easy it was to work with Raul and MSI as a whole, especially since MSI is very generous with their time and product samples. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Raul. I also returned the following week to see what might be available in a thicker LVP with a thicker top coat. Kursten assisted me and also asked for more info from a colleague, who suggested a new line of flooring. Kusten also had a lot of patience while helping me select color samples online for this new flooring. It is clear that MSI has trained their salespeople to be super helpful! i will recommend MSI to friends
