      image My motorcycle was stolen the first night I moved here. Strange men wander around the complex at night. One actually hissed at me. The staff in the leasing office are decent people.

      image This is my second year as a resident. On the outside, everything looks put together, but looks are very deceiving. Erica in the front office is very rude. The day I moved in, she didn’t even have enough time to take my roommate and I to our apartment. We ended up walking around endlessly in the building and up multiple floors of the parking garage.
      The heavy set gentlemen who does maintenance made sexist comments towards me. Now I refuse to get services done in my apartment, unless absolutely necessary because of how uncomfortable he made me. The other gentlemen who does maintenance didn’t even tell his coworker that was an inappropriate thing to say. When I reported it to the leasing office, nothing was done.
      Everything they do is last minute and very unprofessional. They threaten to charge you over the smallest things.

      image These reviews are horrible. I was looking for a place for my 21 year old, her first apartment. The pictures online are beautiful. However after reading about people's bad experiences, I will look elsewhere.

      image The photos are misleading. The location is in the hood (the leasing office atmosphere reflects this as well), and the entire property is outdated, dingy and looks borderline dirty. The leasing office is not polished as well. I knew within two minutes that I was not interested but did not want to be rude and leave as soon as I walked through the door. The photos in the listing do NOT match the property, so I do not recommend even going on a tour unless you’re okay living in a run down area.
