        As one of the first few to move in, we are very pleased with our townhome purchase with Stanley Martin. We got a great price, interest rate (during 2020), and closing costs and design credit through Stanley Martin and First Heritage Mortgage. We look forward to seeing how the neighborhood develops and love the access to the metro. This is our first home and it couldn't have been any better.

        We just purchased a villa from Stanley Martin in a brand new 55+ community. Pre-sale I met with Karen Kocher who kept me up to date on the status of when the villa would go on sale. She was very professional and friendly and made sure I was kept in the loop. I was able to get on the VIP list for the initial appointment. We met with Moneh Kinteh and Karen at our appointment. Moneh was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable and treated us as if we were part of the Stanley Martin family. We trusted her and thus purchased the first villa. In reviewing the contract my husband had many questions and Moneh answered in detail and we were very impressed by her responses. The next phase will be the selection of the upgrades and we believe it will go just as smoothly. We are excited to begin the next phase of our lives in a beautiful Stanley Martin home.
