These people are so incompetent. They put you on hold for over 20 minutes. Give you wrong information regarding policies and dont pick up the phone to fix it. The lady secretary or front desk is ignorant and rude. I think her name is Karen. Her attitude through the phone fits her name. If you got the opportunity to get a different insurance agency. DO IT. This one is not it.

They have the worst customer service, this allstate representative does not care what the customer says, allstate has to investigate what is happening in that office, otherwise they never answer the phone if it is for complaints

Ive had a major insurance increase and had questions .. I called in and was continuously put on hold! I was told I would receive a call back when I finally got through and never received that call.. I called back and was then I was spokey to in a combative manner! The representative over talked the whole convo. I was spoke to like my business wasnt worth anything!! Take your business else where! Not a good Agency! Very rude!! Go with a company that has your best interest
