I am trying to understand how the practice received so many stellar reviews?! Here's how my experience went. First, I emailed my information to include X-rays and front and back photos of my insurance card, and I explained what I needed. The receptionist contacted me four days later to make the appointment. She asks me for my insurance information again, although I have supplied that in the email1st red flag. Next, I arrived at the appointment, and it was in a house, no problem. I was at the wrong side of the house, and there was no sign that should read 'entrance at rear.' 2nd red flag. Next, I enter the building and fill in the papers, get seated a little late & the young lady explains what will happen next. Great on her part! I love her professionalism & communication. However, the receptionist didn't explain to anyone why I was there, and they were fully prepared to bill my insurance for things I didn't need red flag number 3. After I explained what I needed, another lady came in (I have no idea who she is. Did she introduce herself? ). Mystery Lady starts to explain that she viewed my images and that they are really good images but that the doctor cannot use them because it is not enough photos. They need 18 X-rays. 18 X-rays. For all the times I have gone to a dentist, I have never set for 18 shots! Mystery Lady then tells me to sit on my dental situation for six months when I am eligible for another set of X-rays for her 18-flick photo shoot! I know that X-rays do not require 18 shots. I also know that you can take X-rays with you to other providers. I have worked as an administrative professional in healthcare for 15 years, and the dental office is one of the disciplines I worked during that tenure, and I can confidently say. I am disappointed. I was not examined, and the fate of my visit was in the hands of someone who didn't know why I was there and how many X-rays were needed. That was not her decision to make. Her place was to let the doctor decide if I could be helped. I do not recommend this place and am curious about the quality of service people deem acceptable that has given these stellar reviews unless the office once was fantastic and I am coming in at the wrong time.

My visit was very pleasant and efficient. The hygienist who performed my cleaning was very thorough and provided me with a quick education on preventative care. The staff really cares about your dental health and they make sure you are informed of all available treatment options.

I appreciate their customer service experiences from the lobby to the chair!! They listen, treat and accommodates based on MY needs!! *mic drop*

I got my teeth whitened here before my wedding. It was supposed to be Zoom, and it wasn't. It was not a great job at all, even with the trays it was barely noticeable. The Dr Parks is sweet and came in and did a quick "cleaning" to make it look better. My teeth were the exact same shade but I was out 2 hours and $200. My lower gum was also burned by the bleach. As a dentist office they are good. Excellent and thorough job with cleanings and referrals. They also reached out to remedy the situation - whitened again.
