        The worst auto shop I've ever experienced, they had my vehicle since July 8th ( vehicle currently still there). They don't call and give you updates on your vehicle, I have to keep calling. The staff seems to be very unprofessional. I called for an update, the mechanic in the background says he didn't have time to give me an update , he's busy call back tomorrow. As of today I still don't know what's going on with vehicle.

        The car was brought in for an estimate, but the work was done without authorization. Martin said the car would be kept until Monday because the work done would not be removed. Service: Steering & suspension repair
