Landmark Apartments

Tamia & Amparo were very helpful regarding move in. I will say with the amenities on site and appliances within your unit being included it's worth the price. Not the best but you can make the best out of it. The community far as the building's also could use a great makeover to add on to what is included, the interior hallways need renovation badly in my building. Despite the issues within my apartment that I hope will soon be fixed my overall experience with everyone has been okay. Update: 3 months in I will say I've had numerous issues within my unit regarding the master bathroom shower and other minor problems. Numerous tenants in my building have no weather strips on their doors so all you hear is slamming throughout the evening. I also had to notify management of there being no fire extinguisher in the hall since the tenants whom were already there seem to not care. Fitness center is missing equipment that was advertised and it could also be cleaned thoroughly. Kids are also in the gym playing. Sometimes communication has not been the best. Keith out of everyone lately has tried his best to assist me but there is only so much he can do. Overall, it's an okay area but far as staying for a long period of time, I will not be.

Not a really stressful move in process just some paperwork and mostly online filling it of applications. Front Office people are nice and formal.

Billy, Tamia, and Emily were super helpful in the viewing, answering of questions, responding, following up, and moving in processes. The entire service was very clear, concise, welcoming, and easy. The apartment is cozy. I look forward to living and exploring the neighborhood as it seems very walkable and conveniently located to shops and transport.
