He quickly assessed the damages, determined the necessary repairs, worked with us to develop a solution that met our needs, directly coordinated with our home insurance company to provide photos, estimates, and required information, and took the time to ensure that we understood the process and timelines for the project. RRH completed the roof replacement exactly as described, within the planned schedule, and at a reasonable price. Further, the crew took extra steps to ensure our roof, deck, and yard were completely cleaned up afterward and free of nails and debris, and the new roof looks fantastic.
