Mr. Kelly 1st thank you for your 3 years of business, contrary to the circumstances we are grateful for the time together. I do apologize for the experience with our company. Regarding last year we do have a policy that when you run out of propane we do a leak check to determine if the system has a leak or if it was just that the customer allowed themselves to run out of propane. We do this for your safety and ours. We do the 1st one as a courtesy. If it continues we charge as it's a cost to us. As for the most recent incident, yes you originally called in and gave us a reading of 25% -30% in each tank. At that time( Friday)we said we would be out next week. When you called in today for update, you said you were 20-25% and was informed that you were in for delivery tomorrow and in no jeporady of being out of propane however, if you were more comfortable she would pull make arrangements to get out today. At that point you hung up on her. Then called back and canceled , again she offered to make today work although you were not in jeporady of being out of propane. As she stated we had a bad run of covid and stomach virus through the company leaving us 3 men short from a staff of 15 total. That hurts a small company and not that it's your fault or any of our customers but, it does force us to prioritize and hope that our loyal customers can offer us some grace and understanding that we will never not do what we say or leave them in the cold.
