Daniel was a complete professional. I have never been happier with any other service technician that's come out to make repairs for us. Daniel was very respectful of our house and our time and the services rendered were affordable. He was super fast, super responsive, and successfully diagnosed and fixed our toilet within one hour of arriving Thank you to the receptionist who took my call this morning and to Daniel who completed the tasks within 4 hours of my initial contact! Spoke to Paul on the phone to schedule the job. He was very nice and up front about how they charged their hourly rate (which includes travel time). Scheduled the job for a Monday but knew I needed service sooner rather than later. Called me on Thursday and said they had an opening sooner and was able to help out. Was very pleased that they remembered to call when a slot opened in their schedule. Tommy and his nephew came out. They diagnosed the problem (water softener) and were able to service the unit and train me on how to maintain it. Was glad they were honest about it all and didn't try to sell me a new unit. Then they went through my whole house and knocked out a few other things that I didn't even think of but turned out I needed. Even scrubbed the iron stains off a toilet. With contractors, I'm always suspicious that they're trying to upsell etc. Never once felt that way with them.  Customer for life.

I have used Paul Hayden plumbing twice now and they are AMAZING!! Very professional , quick and very reasonably priced! Makes me want to find more issues for them to fix :) Definitely recommend!!! Service: Drain cleaning
