        UPDATE 3/9/24: Again, outstanding company with courteous, kind & professional employees. Technician Thomas is Top-Knotch in his knowledge of the mini split units. He likes to leave your house the way he found it. Rebecca is professional in her communication with the customer and they both try to make the customer feel comfortable and appreciated in choosing Capps Mechanical. We now have an HVAC system and everything is grand! Tim took his time in walking through the home & listened to what we wanted. We came up with a plan, Al & Dakota made it happen with much patience and dedication. Working through plaster, drywall, brick and concrete. The wife is more than happy and this is all that matters to me. Al & Dakota were professional, took their shoes off, explained to us everything that was done as they went along. The communication was great. Tim got us the proposal within 48 hours, where others dropped the ball. I feel that we may need some more indoor units lol! They treated my home as if were theirs, with care. They provided excellent customer service.

        Capps Mechanical saved the day! Great customer service and communication. Victor came out, diagnosed the issue, didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, went back ordered the part and when the part came in, he came back and fixed the problem. Rarely do things get fixed in a few minutes, because parts have to be located and ordered, however Capps really put the ASAP out and got the part sooner than anyone else I spoke with. I tell everyone about this company because they treated me as a person and not a wallet. If you want a company that cares about the customer and fixes the issue then look no further.
