We have used ProClean 3 times over the last couple if years. They have always gotten out our muddy paw prints, kids paint spills, pandemic wear and tear. They have always turned our calls in a timely manner. And shown up on time and done great work!!

We used ProClean for our tile entry floor of our business. It came out better then expected. Very happy with our service.

Typical bait and switch. Mike is dishonest and did not put very much effort into cleaning our carpets. The price provided in person was $125 more then originally quoted over the phone and the results were substandard. One particular stain we had to scrub out ourselves that Mike swore could not be removed Well we removed it! Total time at the house 62 minutes total cost $525 and still stuck with stains and dirty carpet. To make matters worse, after presenting the issues to The owner, he handled the situation by arguing with me and then proceeded to give me a hard time for interrupting his afternoon golf outing. I highly advise you not use this company. Very disappointed.

Mike did an amazing job! Was up front and honest about the urine stains I had were too deep to get up but got literally every other stain out of my carpet. He was very personable and I will definitely be using him again! Highly recommend.
