Absolutely the worst possible State plan. Do NOT ever report safety concerns to this department. If you have even the smallest concern, direct it to OSHA. Not only will this agency tell your employer that you placed the safety concern but they will do the absolutely nothing but petty fines. They will ignore work place deaths and allow unsafe behavior to continue. They will take an investigation of retaliation not follow any of their policies and while sitting on the case for over a year. While year goes on they will to nothing to to assist in retaliatory termination, blackballing and complete systematic retaliatory actions. When you point out their misses in their investigation policy, they get made and bend the laws to justify their lack of actions. The best thing that could happen for this department is OSHA removing their authority as a state plan.
