Late night staff was very rude when I tried to call and ask a question. Couldn't even finishe my sentence and they hung up on me.

Slow service. Dried out food. Incorrect order. Rude staff. Let's start with when we walked in. We received no sort of welcome from the lady with long, bright red hair. So, I initiated conversation and asked her how her day was going. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by being pleasant and begrudgingly responded with "Fine." I waited for my order. When I finally received it, I checked it to make sure it was correct. It wasn't. I asked for the burger to be made with cheese, and there wasn't any cheese on the burger. When I explained this to the red-haired lady, she took the burger and slammed it into the trash bucket behind her. When I said it only needed cheese, she said, "Too late. It's being remade. " Then I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for the burger to be remade while the rest of my order sat and got cold. When we were finally able to start eating, we noticed that the burgers were extremely dried out. My kid went up to the counter to ask for mayonnaise, and the red-haired lady told him to wait. So he did. And waited. And waited. After several minutes of waiting, he returned to the table without mayonnaise. Oh, I almost forgot to mention the staff member who was lying down in one of the booth seats in the dining area like it was some sort of nap area. One last note: The bathrooms are disgusting. The smell terrible and need regular upkeep. I know that it's fast food. But why does that mean poor manners and bad service? I can tolerate mediocre quality food. But staff don't need to make the experience unpleasant just because they hate their choice to work there.

Went for candied bacon whopper that was advertised and they dont even have it. Had to drive two miles away to the closest one.
