        I'm sorry to say that if you are a marketer looking for a partner to support you in print, brand and promotional items, do not use Webb Mason. They only care about large clients and offer no service to the smaller, growth clients. Their account teams cannot even be bothered to return a phone call. One of the representatives there just explained to me that after they were sold in July, they have opted to no longer service smaller accounts. I would have appreciated a professional update from the account team that was honest and transparent when this strategic business direction had occured instead of ignoring us entirely and providing no service or communication. Simply unprofessional up to the highest levels at Webb Mason.
