Nothing Elite about this practice. They called me the day before my appointment to confirm, I specifically asked if I had a balance and they said no. Then they emailed me instead of calling that I did have a balance the afternoon before my 8:30 am appointment. I didnt see the email and I didnt take the necessary cash which I would have brought if the lady confirming my appointment had the correct information. I asked for a discount because it was a missed appointment fee from 2022 and she took offense to that and lectured me about respecting her time despite strolling into the office 10 min after my appointment time. So I asked can I pay it later because I didnt have my card and she refused to honor the appointment basically told me to beat it. Then when I tried to call to pay the bill and receive my documents the front desk would not answer my phone till I called from a different number. None the less I went back immediately and paid because I was going to do so either way. Ive paid every bill all of 2023 but all of a sudden I got treated as if I was some type of delinquent despite her front desk telling me the wrong information. I was also never rude or disrespectful, I work in the medical field and Im just appalled. Luckily I got a new dentist who is absolutely courteous and professional. After being a patient for three years and always paying I expected so much more. Beyond disappointed. Do not give her your business

Im very picky about dentists and have tried out many in my search for the one. Dr. Parakhoodi is the best by far and my search is finally over. She really listens, respects you & your opinion, and clearly wants her patients to be happy and as comfortable as possible. The Dr. did a fantastic job replacing and reshaping the cosmetic bonding on my front teeth and now my smile is 100% better. The office staff and dental assistants are kind and competent as well.
