        My experience at 8:45am on 3/15 at 1900 gilroy rd hunt valley was not good . I purchased meguiars tire shine . The price on the shelf said $9.88 in black letters . It rang up $10.49. Total sale $11.12. The sales associate stated be can do nothing , I have to pay the higher price . That is not right . 6345973 is the case number as I reported this to their customer service department on their 800 number. They opened a case and forwarded to regional / corporate office . Please check the prices when you purchase from this location .

        The staff at Napa in Hunt Valley are very friendly. The Manager Kevin is a great guy; professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I'm thinking about asking him to come to work for us... LOL but serious!
