This company build my deck and patio. The finish work was very nice but after 2 years the rails in the deck start falling apart and twisted. After several visits to the office asking the fence to be repaired I was totally ignored. I dot think such an expensive trek deck should last only 3 years. I dot recommend this company because they are not responsable in the follow up of the problems.

As a repeat customer, we couldnt be happier with all the projects completed with Probuilt. They built our deck and screened in 3 season porch. They also constructed a portico for a side entrance to our home. We plan on working with them on other projects as well. Probuilt has shown professionalism, creativity, and honesty from the very top, (Ed, Christina, Ryan) to the crews that come out and do the work. Theyve always been so easy to work with. What we appreciate about them is their ability to think outside the box, making sure our visions match up. The crews are also very kind, clean, and are efficient. They never once left our yard a mess. It feels good to know that our decks, and other projects are made with quality materials, and have been safely constructed. We look forward to working with Probuilt again, its truly been a pleasure.

We are repeat customers of Pro-Built. They built our deck a few years ago. They returned this year to convert the deck to a Four Season Room with Sunspace Windows. Once again, the staff and crew were a pleasure to work with. Christina was extremely helpful with design features and renderings. The whole process went smoothly from the HOA approval, construction and building inspections. They even finished ahead of schedule! We couldn't be happier! Thanks again Pro-Built!

The worst customer service ever. I called in to check the status of my estimate (was told 1.5-2 weeks to get it after initial visit, this is at the ~2w mark), and asked some questions on whether I can get an idea of how the design looks (since estimate needs one more week), was told no, and before I can ask another question, Lee (who did my initial visit) got angry and said we dont want your business then hung up the phone (later call back was only voicemail), I was in complete shock with him saying that suddenly. Later I emailed to confirm if he meant what he said on the phone (since I cant believe what just happened -_-) - he (finally) responded, due to my current and past questions they want me to go find someone else for the job. Asked if they will provide me with the estimate if I am okay them sending over the estimate with other info when they are ready, I never heard back (still cannot believe how unprofessional they are). If you have a ton of questions like me, dont choose this company, they dont have time for your questions (sadly). Other notes on them: 1. Initial visit is for measuring your backyard and ask what you want (brainstorming session, no design/drawings), make sure you know what distance you can build away from your border, they made a mistake on that coming to us thought we cannot build anything other than a patio. Then you wait for them to design something (which they cant share not even a bit with you until they are ready), since pricing is done by a separate person in their office 2. Estimate comes with a package (nice photos) ~3 weeks after that first visit (for my case), if you ask for some past project photos or any question for the project before this estimate is completed, you might be at risk to be told we dont want your business.
