        Im one of those weirdos who doesnt mind going to the dentist but I came here to say that Dr. Chester & the rest of his office are top notch. Very thorough, professional to the point and honest with you on top of being gentle with dental work that needs to be done. The last cleaning I had there, the dental hygienist was amazing. She was very efficient, precise and gentle with her tools. You could tell shes been doing this for years! Highly recommend!

        Needed a courtesy waiver for a $50!! Fee (second time due to sick kids) for being unable to attend a 8am appointment on a Monday while sick and no babysitter for my kids who were ALSO sick. They expect you to know you can text an automated phone number (that literally says call *this number* if you need to reschedule) to cancel your appointment ON A SUNDAY NIGHT. Will find a different practice who is more understanding of people who have kids and cant afford a $50 fee for an appointment they wouldnt have wanted me to be at in the first place. I have been going to River dental since I was a kid, referred many people, now 26 years old, and have only ever cancelled same day TWICE because life happens. But they dont care. Edit to add: we werent sick until Sunday.

      Chaenna, we were happy to waive the first cancellation fee because we are understanding of illness and emergency. We try to be as flexible as possible to our patients. Our policy was signed and reiterated with every text confirmation. If you'd have notified us at any point prior to the appointment informing us of your sick children we would have understood, it didn't have to be on a Sunday. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance in the future.
