I have been dealing with Holmes lawncare for about 6 years now. I have been very pleased with all of there services. Their employees do an excellent job on all services that I have requested. The customer service has been excellent also!!

The team is either understaffed or choose who to respond to, when we first started with them they didn't answer us for about 5 months. After a year or so of using them, their team did not do a great job at keeping the grass in areas where grass should grow. In addition, the last cut that we received from them, their team had ruined a part of our fence. I reached out to Kristen as she seems to be the point of contact, and told her what happened along with canceling service. The service was cancelled, but have not received an apology, a bill reduction, or any acknowledgement of the damage (they were the only people working on our lawn), I provided pictures and all. But she did respond by sending a payment request twice. I have attached a couple of photos and as you can see, we have a puppy, which is not safe that the fence was broken (you can see they just stuffed it back into the fence post) and no one notified us-we were home the day this happened.
