I've worked with Alexander for about 4 years he continues to provide excellent reliable service for myself and my daughter. Someone I have to to rely on and I am sure you all will too.

Moved back to Maryland in December and began looking for a State Farm agent as I have been with them for so long. I first tried the agent I had when I lived here before, poor service, hard to reach anyone and when I finally got a quote, the woman couldn't answer my questions. I then called at least three other agencies, each of which I got NO response from. I called Alex's office and was so pleased that I actually had someone in the office answer my call each time I called, return my calls when promised and answered my questions, I chose Alexander Yuille's agency. Outstanding customer service and I know they truly cared about my needs. Alex's philosophy mirrors my own, take good care of your people and provide not just good customer service, but take time to know your clients and what their needs are. Helping people is what he and his team is all about and I am proud to say I am now a part of his team! I am licensed and am grateful he was looking for another agent when I needed a job due to the COVID-19 situation. I love my job and stand behind the values and philosophies that Alex puts forth. He let our policy lapse without notice. Underwriting mailed the cancellation to the wrong address and he's not doing anything to fix it. Horrible at communication, attitude problem, worst agent I've ever dealt with. Save your time and money and go with ANYONE else! Haven't even heard from him in 5 days when I have no auto insurance! Have been dealing with this for about 10 days already with no resolution and very little communication from this agent! I have also filed a formal complaint with the insurance board! All of this could have been avoided with one phone call or email from him.
