Clarion Hotel BWI Airport Arundel Mills

The rooms werent as clean as I would have liked, the hot water wasnt working for some of my stay, and the hotel seemed under prepared for the amount of people that attended the event I stayed for. Several big fights and issues throughout the property. Plus sides: 1. Front desk staff were friendly and responsive. 2. The food at the bar was AMAZING! 3. The maintenance and cleaning crews worked hard to try to fix the issues I had during my stay. Rooms: Good size, slightly outdated, need love

Don't even think about staying here. The fron desk person was worthless. The tem that night was 41 degrees. She gave us a room with no blankets and a heater that was not working. She switched us to another room, not telling us it was a smoking room. I had problems breathing all night. The heater only worked if you stood next to it. And this room only had a runner light weight blanket.

I was skeptical of this location considering i had a bittersweet experience at their sister hotel the clarion in Brooklyn Md. BUT U DEFINITELY WAS SURPRISED. I had NO COMPLAINTS about the cleanliness, the helpful staff, the snacks/food provided, the upkeep of their rooms and space. I felt comfortable for the 2 nights i stayed and thats uncommon for me considering Im a home body. Appreciate yall and i would come back !

So Dirty. So small. So many stains. Soo not worth my money . When I first walked in , it was so hot and tiny it made me wanna turn around and leave. Then I walk over to the "balcony" and there's about a foot of walk way that is broken and has not had maintenance in years. So unsafe. I also have the next room over for my son and the balcony and the stains are the same way . There are stains all over the sheets and the blankets. The fridge has a block of ice attached to the back of it so I can't even put anything in it. There is a electrical outlet sticking out of the wall with the light plugged into it. The beds are so high off the ground I'm terrified for my one of daughters to fall off . I hate it here. Don't come here, it will ruin your day!

Nasty hotel it had bedbug in da room never again the staff did nothing about it at said it was not a bedbug could have gave me a refund but they didnt very disappointed
