I just love all things Hilton. Every where I travel. I search for Hilton brand. Never been disappointed.

My family and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend (3/23-3/24) for my nieces birthday. The kids were excited to have a pool day. The aesthetics of the hotel and our suite were really nice. The shower wasnt the cleanest because we could see hard water stains on the ceiling. Speaking of the shower, it was really hard to take a nice shower. In the master bedroom the water would often over flow onto the bathroom floor when I took a shower. After the pool fun, my sister and I went to the bar to get a drink and it was NOT a pleasant experience. The bartender was extremely rude and seemed as if he would rather be elsewhere. It was very uncomfortable even asking for a drink because his demeanor was so negative. Then the following morning I was running late to church and tried to catch breakfast. Now my suite was on the second floor, but I went to the lobby and tried to grab breakfast on my way out the door because as I stated,I was running late for church. I didnt think anything of it until one of the servers where the hot food was stopped me. She asked for my room number and proceeded to tell me that I needed to go get breakfast on my floor. She didnt have a good attitude and I didnt see her stop any other patrons to ask what their room numbers were. Although the aesthetics of the hotel was nice the inside (which was the staff) was horrible. I wont be returning nor would I recommend anyone else stay at this hotel. This was my first and last experience.

This Hilton has the worst customer service ever! Housekeeping does not keep the 4 days full service/2 days soft service that management swears is the schedule. Ever time I have to bring it up to ask for housekeeping the staff argue with methat includes front desk, housekeeping, and even directors. I ask to speak to a General Manager and am told they are trying to hire one. Regional on site assures me of service and then doesnt happen and no followup. So lies instead of follow through. Coffee runs out at breakfast many mornings and no staff in sight to ask for more, have to knock on kitchen door and then no more made before finished eating. Ask for how to schedule courtesy shuttle from airport. Told call when arrive. At arrival told go to door shuttle is there. Get to pickup point five minutes later and no shuttle call again & told driver left as he has strict schedule. Ask why at first call he wasnt informed I was coming and argued with! Had to pay to take taxi or wait 30 minutes. The management of this location is awful and it shows with the total lack of customer service and arguments at each point of clarification.
