        Got their credit card. Used it for tires paid it off early. Have tried to schedule an oil change twice to use the rebates and both times have been cancelled. Very unprofessional to not have a backup to get things completed on schedule. Will not be coming back.

        Ive lived in three different states and every firestone has been awesome. They have been up front and real about what I need and cost. Every time there is always some there who is finding a coupon or working with me. Even before entering and noticing the sign in their lobby, I was happy at how this company is honest. Loyal fan for life!
