      image Advertising to do taxes for $89, charging almost $200, failing to get me a full return, and then claiming it wasn't their fault. Not a happy camper, will be contacting the better Business bureau. My name is Timothy Blandford, and Karen Jackson messed up my taxes, there was a whole 108.00 I didn't get from the state of West Virginia. Not a happy camper. Also speaking over people while you're on the phone, not allowing them to explain what you're reading, and in general just dismissing it as not your fault. Unprofessional, unforgivable, just poor quality. Wouldn't recommend.
