I had an interview with commonwealth senior living , for a night shift position.I was told Id be called back the next day about being put on the schedule, no call. I emailed and reached out and got a response saying that they had no night shift positions open even though thats what the position clearly said on indeed , then I was told evening shifts and afternoon shifts were the only shifts available , so when I said I could accommodate to an evening shift , I was then told those positions were filled .. I dont know if its because Im pregnant, or what the reasoning was behind inviting me in for an interview, then saying Id receive a call back for possible scheduling , and then I had to reach out myself to see what was going on but it all was a waste of time and the interview couldve been done on the phone if this is how the interview, hire on , or choosing not to hire process goes.
