    First off, if there was a ZERO option that I could give the corporate office in Greenbelt regarding how they respond back to customers, that is exactly what I would give them. A big fat ZERO!! I have reached out to the corporate staff multiple times during the month of March (2024), specifically for a conversation with the President of Bozzuto Management, Ms. Stephanie Williams. Each time that I was transferred to her direct number my call went to her voicemail and I was unable to leave a message because Ms. Williams' mailbox is always full. I called as recently as April 1st and her mailbox is still full. Now I could see if she was President of the United States or something. In my 30+ years in my career I have never been so busy that my mailbox was full and I could not respond to phone messages. Next, Ms. Williams' assistant . . .I cannot recall her name but I left her multiple voice messages but I never received a call back. I left my direct office extension where I work and my cell phone number to reach me so that I could possibly gain further clarity or understanding regarding situations at the apartment complex that I rent from in Washington, DC that Bozzuto manages. I also left two voice messages in the customer service mailbox regarding my same inquiry and to this day I have yet to receive a call back. Why even have the option to leave a message if you are not going to return a customer's phone call?? This is an absolute disgrace and is unacceptable. I have been disappointed in Bozzuto going back 20+ years when I purchased a condo through them and I had to work with them as a BODs member of my HOA. They were very slick and shady at that time trying to sidestep major repairs to a couple of the buildings prior to my HOA taking full responsibility of the community. I can see why the same feelings remain. I will not bother calling anymore because of my frustration and the fact that I have other pressing issues in my life at the moment. However, I will say that If I decide to seek homeownership or apartment rental again in the future, I will avoid Bozzuto all together.     This is now the third time we have reached out to management at the Enclave at Boxhill because the tenants below us are smoking marijuana within their apartment which is again coming into our apartment. The lease specially states the smoking of marijuana anywhere on the premises is considered a violation of the lease and grounds for termination. Most recently we were told by management there isnt anything they can do. Beware if you are considering moving your family here. This response is absolutely unacceptable. For the cost of these luxury apartments we definitely expected better. Bozzuto you have missed the mark.

    This is probably one of the most incompetent management companies I have ever seen. I have lived in DC 15+ years and have been in luxury apartments run by different management companies from UIP, Kettler, WC Smith, Nomadic etc now to Bozzuto. I recently moved to one of their luxury building. From the get go, the leasing agents have no clue of the lay out of the building to give you proper information. They will give you the run around to cover up for their incompetence. They will fail to tell you where things are. For example the exact location of the trash room on the floor they are showing you, even after you mentioned you specifically demand not to be in a close proximity to one. And when you ask to be transferred to another unit away from the trash room. They will drag their feet and expect you to pay transfer fee of thousands of dollars and moving fee is on you too. They will give you excuses to not honor your rental rate even after they screwed you. I have never been disappointed in a management company, other companies will go above and beyond to make you feel home, especially when you are paying premium rent for an apartment. Only way to get this right is legal action.
