Progressive Dental Solutions | Dr. Wayman Brown

I have been going to dentist for about 70 yrs. Today was the best dental exam I have ever had. Dr. Brown was very thorough and professional. Brittany was very professional, engaging and customer oriented. The front desk intake worker was very warm and friendly. I was greeted with a smile. I did not have to wait to be seen. The waiting area was clean and neat. I was handled very professional from the beginning to the end of my appointment. It's very hard to find this kind of service now. I referred both of my sisters today. Keep up the excellent services.

I'm a new patient and all I can say is WOW!  This dental office knows customer service.  The appointment process is very efficient and detailed.  Upon my arrival for my first appointment to access my teeth, I was greeted by the friendly staff and they gave an overview of what I would experience during my appointment.  Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable, thorough and an experienced dentist; he explained everything during my examination.  My hygienist Lana was amazing,  again she explained everything and she was also thorough!  I'm very happy with my new dentist office.  Excellent customer and amazing staff!  Great job !

Anyone who has visited Dr. Brown before, already knows that he and his staff are true professionals. However, during these times, he has taken his care for his patients to another level with safety protocols theyve implemented. And, they still provide the same level of professionalism and courtesy weve become accustomed to.
