Woodlands at Reid Temple

I have lived here for several months and the Woodlands have gotten much worse with someone making noise, playing music all day and night. Drugs ate sold on the property by some resident on the 3rd floor. Prior management as well as current management do nothing to try to find and stop the issue. Myl husband and I get no sleep here. Even the residents are nasty and have screamed in my face. I have major responsibilities and do not sit in the building gossiping all day. It is by far the worst place for an elderly person to rent. I just want to feel secure when it comes to the maintaince that needs to be done. Bathtub backed up for

I've lived here for a year and I couldn't be happier. The apartments are absolutely beautiful!!! I love our property management staff, they are kind patient and courteous and laugh at my jokes the grounds and buildings are beautiful clean and very well kept, my neighbors are like my second family and I love that the staff keeps us entertained with lots of activities, this is my forever home.

Very nice senior community, clean, bright and beautiful unlike most senior developments but my major problem is with maintenance. When I reported the issue/ issues (that took up to 3 months to finally fix) there were no tickets stating that the issue was fixed and that they entered my apartment, yessss they never leave a ticket stating their entered, which pist me off. Soooo how do I know if the problem has been fixed? When you call the office again and ask and report the same issues they are so oblivious to the facts they in return start pointing fingers at maintenance that no longer work there, go figure. Them I have to start dropping names of the current people who work there now that I reported my issues with. So I ask, do you have a log book showing maintence work request with dates? They were dumb founded to my question. So when the so called maintence came and fixed my issues (those issue remains the same) upon leaving they left a note using my paper towels, wrote what he did and signed his name. How dare him for being incompetent and lack of inventory. Otherwise I enjoy my apartment.

I moved here in February '22. This is a very nice place, pretty quiet as it's bordered by lots of trees. I love the sounds of the frogs at night and the many bird species. It's so much nicer than where I was before. Residents are friendly, staff does a good job with the day-to-day stuff. The trash rooms fill up quickly but it's picked up almost daily. Amenities like the exercise room, barbershop/beauty parlor and medical exam room are still, mostly, unavailable (due to COVID I guess) but the community room gets some good amount of use and there are some management sponsored events periodically. My unit is a good size and very comfortable though I do wish that the windows in the living room could be opened (like in the bedroom). It's really nice to have a washer/dryer (especially since the nearest laundry is about a mile away). The units are also pretty soundproof. Nice to have plenty of parking spaces too.
