Store well organized, clothes are hung in proper brand places, wide selection. The ladies are fantastic. Clean store.

As both a new to MD and a new to scrub clothes buying person, I cannot say enough how helpful, patient and kind, manager Norma was. She spent an unbelievably long time- one and a half hours to be exact- working with us to establish styling preferences, sizing needs, explaining manufacturer differences and best fit for the upcoming work environment, etc. She worked with us pretty much exclusively the entire time we were there and managed to keep tabs on store happenings while assisting us as well. We will definitely return to and recommend this shop.

idk if shes the manager but the older lady needs to go. she eyes me up and down everytime i walk into the store. my first time there i asked for help because i had never used scrubs before and she would not help saying there are too many options and I NEED to know what i want. The nice coworker helped me and i thanked her a lot

I was starting a new job and my uniforms had not arrived yet. The place I started working make people order through their supplier. I was told I could wear a plain black scrub top until they arrived. I went to Scrub Pro and purchased a plain black scrub top. I was told I could return it as long as I had the tag and receipt. I always wash my clothes before wearing so I removed the tag (I was told this was ok as long as I kept the tag) and washed it. I ended not needing to wear it as my uniforms arrived. I took It back and they refused to refund me saying that the tags had to be left on and it had been washed. I explained that is not what I was told or I never would've bought this top. I told them they lost my business and whoever else I tell for life - all over 11.98. There are plenty of places online to order these uniforms and for less as this place is expensive too.
