        Same as last year. I love using this location to have my taxes prepared. Its easy to find and convenient for me to travel to. There's plenty of parking. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. I was processed in a timely manner and everything was explained to me. The staff member was very knowledgeable and knows her work well. Everyone did practice Covid-19 safety standards. I will continue to use this location to have my taxes prepared. I would like to thank all the staff members. I would like to add that my condolences goes out to Cindy Smelgus (RIP) family. I am very sorry for their lost.
