I'm so happy to have my sunscreen porch, everyone was always professional from the design consultant, who was the first person I met, the measure tech, Installation manager, the guys who put together my beautiful awesome sunscreen porch, the operation administrators, whenever I had a question or a concern the team was there for me. I thank God and I thank the Baltimore Branch for making my experience so peaceful and smooth like.

We hired Patio Enclosures back in January to put a sunroom addition onto our house. Our salesman was Steve Conrad. We had to work with our HOA to get plans approved. When anything in the plans wasn't acceptable, Patio Enclosures worked with us to get everything approved. Once approved, we waited on our county permit (which of course took several weeks). Upon receiving the permit, Patio Enclosures ordered all of the materials to build the sunroom. When they said they would be here, they were. They worked from 8 am (sometimes earlier) until at least 4 pm on the days worked. From beginning to completion, it took a week and a half. Then the electrician came in to wire the ceiling fan, outside flood lights, and outlets. That took two days. The electrician was excellent! He even put up the ceiling fan we bought and when it didn't have a remote, he got one for us. This experience took some time, but we are more than happy with how it looks!!
