This store rocks!!! Hannah and the two gentlemen who helped me on Saturday were incredible!!! Hannah was extremely professional and very knowledgeableshe even installed my pin lock attachment to my new helmet face cover. The level of customer service was outstanding. Its refreshing to experience such high level of customer service these days. The store is beautiful, clean, and they have a ton of inventory to pick from. Ill be back for sure. This is my new favorite cycle store. Thank you for making my first time experience at your store and incredible one!!!!!

I went to cycle gear because I could not find an outlet that stocked leather riding jackets between Morgantown and Hagerstown or even western PA. The sales associate was very pleasant over the phone so I made the 3.5 hour drive to Glen Burnie. I'm very happy with the Icon jacket I purchased. It is comfortable and very versatile in comparison to the Alpinestar and Sedici I tried on. However, when I was checking out the sales associate asked if I was military, first responder, nurse or, doctor to potentially see if I qualified for a discount. When I responded that I am a Physician Assistant he said I was not eligible and that the company is strict about this policy. I was disappointed very much insulted by this policy, and this is the reason Cycle Gear will be the last resort when shopping for any new gear in the future.
