        Just had my appointment with my VA doctor, Dr. Ramrup. I have been coming to this location for a long time. The staff here are caring & professional. Doctor Ramrup is an excellent doctor and always takes time to listen to my concerns & questions. She is always readily with answers and very patient. I highly recommend Glen Burnie VA Medical Center.

        Over the past two years, Ive been to this clinic several times and I have not had ANY issues. Not one. Dr. Fischer is my primary care physician and she is very knowledgeable, responsive, and great bedside manner. I was also seen by a Nurse Practitioner, cant remember her name but great service. Everyone is very nice and pleasant. A breath of fresh air, especially compared to the main VA.

        This is the worst location Ive been to. If you can go to the VA Hostpital in Baltimore, then go. The intake staff are more patient and nicer than this location. Ive been trying to make an appointment at this location for months. Every time I called Im number 30 in line. Unfortunately I cant sit on hold for hours only to be hung up on, everyday. Please do better bc people have earned and need these resources.
