        I strongly advise against borrowing from Bay Country Financial. They are a scam and end up demanding extra service fees, additional payments, and 130% interest. Dealing with them can seriously impact your life. Consider finding alternative solutions rather than turning to these predatory lenders. While the maximum interest rate in Maryland is capped at 24 percent, Bay Country may impose charges of up to 130 percent through indirect calculations.

With that being said factually incorrect statements from a customer or potential customer may influence others from utilizing a vital resource. Our company is celebrating 30 years in business servicing local Marylander's and is locally owned. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and we are fully licensed company in Maryland. We would not be in business if we did no doing things in accordance to the local laws. All loan contracts stating fees and interest rates are printed and disclosed on all documents. Our company cannot offer rates that are 130% as the Maryland max rate is 24% and we often have rates much lower based on credit. We never use a credit score and we have numerous return customers with positive experience. Our team would welcome you to call or visit our office to discuss problems or concerns you may have and to set the record straight.
