I have been going to Dr. Schulman for 20 plus years and have always appreciated his professionalism and flexibility. Dr. Schulman and his staff are fantastic!

Dr Schulman and Jen are great, but the receptionist Paula is very rude. I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years and after today I will not be returning. Paula called to confirm an appt and when I told her I had to cancel she got really rude and nasty. She told me there is a 24 hour cancelation fee and I said ok but isn't this cancelation before 24 hours. She proceeded to ask me did I forget or was I just not going to come. I told her she was being rude and asked to speak to Jenn or the office manager. She then tells me "I can speak to who ever I want, what are they gonna do? I hear excuses all the time and you only want to speak to someone else because of the fee." I again asked to speak with someone else and she said whatever and put me on hold. I then spoke with Kina who was very nice and apologetic. I explained to Kina that if I need to pay the fee that is fine, but I will not tolerate being spoken to any kind of way because I asked a question. Dr Schulman ,I hope you don't lose any other patients because of Paula. I don't know what happened to Cheryl, but she was always helpful and pleasant over the phone and in person. Please provide Paula with communication training so that she doesn't ruin your business.

My experience has been great. The ladies at the front desk as well as the hygienist I see for cleanings are all superb. The dentists are outstanding. I had a dental emergency recently and when I called I was seen quickly and treated very well. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice.
