If I could give zero stars, I would. I had been trying to find a good dentist and was recommended Smile Loft Glen Burnie. I was told I needed a root canal (on a tooth that was giving me zero issues, but theyre the experts) and a few fillings. Was not initially told that I would have to come back in a week for the temporary crown, when they couldnt even get me in for a month and half. Then I had to wait another month and a half for the permanent crown procedure. Meanwhile they did a filling too close to my nerve so now I have to max out my dental insurance and pay for a second root canal that I didnt need until they did work. And when I called (over 30 times over a few hours because it kept going straight to voicemail) to try and be seen sooner because the pain is so unbearable I cant even eat with opioids and anti inflammatories, they said they could only call me in a prescription for an antibiotic and I still had to wait for my appointment.

I wish I could be kinder, because the hygienists and dentists themselves at this practice are great. Everyone has been nice and capable. However, the receptionists are so blatantly rude for no reason at all that I've nearly left this place in tears. I'm going to start going somewhere else. I'll miss my dentist, but it's not worth being this badly treated by the front desk.

BEWARE!!! UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. THREATENING. ENDED THE APPOINTMENT BEFORE COMPLETING DENTAL WORK. Racist? STAFF (and management), spoke of my attitude rather than address issues relating to: 1) Wanting to READ the CONSENT FORM before signing it (signature requires you to have spoken with the dentist, but I had not yet spoken with him) 2) Refusing to WEAR MASK WHEN ASKED (even though under their chin. Rudely told me I had no right to ask, because "COVID was no longer an issue. 3) DENTIST I'd moved the appointment to schedule with (based on my 1st visit) was NOT AVAILABLE! 4) ADMONISHING ME for ASKING QUESTIONS (related to the dental work I was supposed to receive and the consent form told to sign) 5) CANCELED APPOINTMENT-in-PROGRESS: while I was in the dental chair, and told me to leave. Claiming no time to see the dentist = was my fault since I had so many questions and refused to sign the consent form (FYI, the office had only scheduled 30 minutes for 2 fillings and I simply wanted to read it before signing) 6) MANAGER stepped in to protect her errant staff members. Claiming I had an attitude from the start when I refused to sign the consent form (confirming Id not been rude or had an attitude with her). * The manager was rude to me until she heard the same (2) staff members YELLING from behind her WE'RE CALLING THE COPS. It took the manager raising her voice to admonish them and stopping their actions before turning to me, APOLOGIZING, and asking if I wanted to reschedule Shaking, I left the office and made several calls to authorities to record the incident. The next day I'm still shaken. P.S. Now that I look at the reviews here on Google I see this unprofessional, threatening behavior is a pattern.
