Nelson and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. From our initial meeting, I knew MD Deck builders was the right company because of the quick follow up and professionalism we received. It was easy to see the quality of what we were getting because Nelson had samples already. They took care of all HOA paperwork so that process was simple and easy. Once installation started, the team was on time each day and got it completed sooner than expected. The county inspector even commented on how great the quality was at the final inspection. Phil and his team helped us create the deck we envisioned by providing us multiple options and designs. The crew that we had onsite was very professional and willing to answer any questions we had during construction. The deck came out great and we couldn't be happier.

I cant give enough accolades to Maryland Deck Builders. They are without reproach on the quality of work they create. The attention to detail, knowledge, and dedication to getting the job done and done right is impeccable. From the initial meeting, to developing the documentation needed for HOA approval to obtaining the necessary permits and inspections was seamless. The crews were such hard working and polite individuals. It is obvious MD Deck Builders know what they are doing and take pride in their work. Dont think twice about contracting their services.

This company did an excellent job in building my new deck / porch . Very professional and cleaned up everyday even plugging back in my Christmas lights. I would highly recommend them if you want any work done
