Only reason. Four stars is the time that was said to replace screen was 1-2 ours well it was way longer than that. But all in all great job

Staff were very helpful, replaced my phone screen quickly and now it looks brand new.

I had my laptop repaired here, and they stole my charging cord. I dropped it off with the charging cord and when I went to pick it up they insisted it wasn't on the ticket and even though it was plugged in to my charger when I arrived they lied and said they had to get it from the display! I can't believe it. They literally stole my charging cord right in front of me and boldly lied about it. Never take your devices here. The one in Waugh Chapel is much better and not as dirty.
