Was helped by a man named Kellyn, he was very knowledgeable of the phones, services and even sourced there business services to me to help solve some of my companies needs.       image I do not understand!. I took my phone to this store because yesterday the battery swelled up in my Pixel 6. I explained to them that my family has been with Verizon for over 15 years and this situation never happened. Well! They said."we have no sales or offers that can replace the phone..so you need to buy a new one.. ok..time to leave Verizon.. thanks for your service....
