    Avoid this place at ALL COST if you can!! Rude staff, extremely long wait times Im talking HOURS. No communication and terrible customer service. A few years ago I had to get a refund because they kept setting me up with appointments and wouldnt have a car available when Id arrive. I just reattempted to rent. Had a 1p appointment. Its not almost 4:30 and all of the 1p appointment customers including myself are still waiting here for a vehicle. This is the absolute worst ever!!!

    They really need more workers. I am extremely annoyed because I Ren through lyft my account is currently under review and the app is telling me to go to this location to get things checked out I come here twice and wait for HOURSSSSSS just for them to tell me something I could have called them about. They are no help what so ever. Will have you waiting all day and when you call they do not answer the phone at all. So unprofessional.

    If I could give this place negative numbers, I would. I called Hertz to schedule a pick up through my insurance. I made an appointment for 2p. The representative told me to call the location an hour before my appointment. I called an hour before like the representative told me to do. I ended up getting lost due to there being a North and South address. I called Hertz to tell them that I got lost and that I would be there. I got there at 2:25p. I checked in and waited. Around 2:45p, I was told that the ONLY person who did insurance claims left and wouldn't be back until 3p. Question: why wasn't I told this on the phone when I called? Question 2: why would you not call to find out if your appointment was on the way before you stepped out? I have never experienced a rental car place like this before. It is unprofessional and nobody seems to care or can help. When the guy, Lucas is his name, finally came back, he tried to tell me that he left at 2:40p and I wasn't here. But I called you and told you that I got lost. I spoke to you. Smh. Nope canceled my reservation and left. You will not be getting my money. I'll go to enterprise. Update: I got home at 3:30p and I received a call at 3:33p from Lucas saying that they now had my reservation. Yes this is laughable. Nope still not going back.

    This has to be one of the worst locations I ever visited in my life service and wait time is horrible. I have been put out of two rentals due to hertz selling one car and then having a factory recall for other one with no accommodation was forced to make appointments and still sat for more than a hour ...I wouldn't recommend this location to any one

    It took me over an hour and a half to get in a rental to begin with. They require you to either use your OWN insurance or PAY FOR THEIRS - which I believe she said was like $40 PER DAY (or some outrageous price - WAS NO LESS THAN $30) which I've never heard of in my LIFE! FINALLY got in a car and as she was grabbing the keys and scanned it in? She realized it needed an oil change so we had to redo it with a new car. I noticed it also didn't even have a trunk button on the Keychain OR the inside of the car? Just on the trunk? I couldn't even find ANY results on Google about this model NOT having either option and was weird because this model specifically advertised their Hands free trunk and other specs involving the trunk, NONE of which it had. Cleanly the most basic model possible. FFWD 2 weeks "Add engine oil soon" WARNING. "Add wiper fluid" WARNING. I thought nothing of it. Surely I hadn't and won't drive enough for it to be something to worry about. No WAY this car will be any concern. Car has no wiper fluid nut thought nothing of it FFWD 1 week "Service engine oil soon" WARNING Again, thought nothing of it for the same reason. I'm not paying for oil when it's not my responsibility- but basically assumed they forgot to reset the light when they changed it last. FFWD 1 week - FRIDAY @ 6 PM ENGINE ICON TURNS ON "ENGINE POWER IS REDUCED" WARNING CAR BEGINS TO TICK CAR FAILING TO PROPERLY ACCELERATE I finally checked the oil stick. IT WAS BONE DRY AND WHAT OIL COVERED THE STICK WAS BLACK! I checked the oil information. IT WAS NOT ONLY AT 0% LIFE AND 6 MONTHS PAST THE SUGGESTED DATE.... BUT OVER 10,000 MILES PAST, TOO! They had closed an hour prior and closed for the weekend. I breakdown and finally buy oil. After a few minutes of driving, all light turns off. A day later it began accelerating normally. Figured if it returned, I'd have them give me a new car. FFWD 2 DAYS - (TODAY) TUESDAY @ 7 PM - CAR RAN PERFECTLY UNTIL TODAY NOTICED FAINT TICKING KNOCKING SOUND @ 3 PM SUDDENLY SHUTS OFF DURING IDLE @ 6 PM BUT THEY CLOSED AN HOUR PRIOR. CAR BEGAN VIOLENTLY SHAKING THEN TURNS OFF @ 630 PM CAR WILL NOT TURN ON @ 7 PM **UPDATE** I returned the rental that day and had it exchanged for a new car. Guess what the first thing I heard was? TICKING!.. so I knew what I was about to deal with - and i was correct! First thing I saw when I turned on the car was "change engine oil".... it was the last car they had so I just dealt with it. FFWD 1 WEEK Car starts giving me an issue to acceleration. I checked the cars information to find out the oil life, yet again, is 0%. Tried wiper fluid, yet again, empty. The oil sticker was removed so lord knows how overdue THIS car is but based on the fact this is the SAME WAY the first car started? Well, i can only imagine it's just as bad. I ALSO pulled up the price for this car, which is not only 2019 but is also priced at only $10,000.... yet I'm paying the same price as i was paying for the 2022 suv priced at $30,000+? lol. Wow. Clearly this place doesn't believe in keeping up with the maintenance for their cars which is insane seeing as they want $100+/day for basically any car on their lot. Don't choose this place if you're hoping for a safe, reliable or sustainable car worth what you're paying.... because you won't get it.
