Sue and her staff deserve a 10 out of 5! I've done some stupid things to my hair with fashion colors for the past 5 years, but needed a change to go with an upcoming change in life. Sue got me in the day after I inquired about going more natural and was very honest about how difficult it was going to be. For 6 hours she carefully stripped the layers of color out of my hair. We talked about life and honestly at the end she felt like family. I could tell that I am not the only one who feels this way, either, because as people came and left for appointments they all had stories and a family type connection. I am not one to go often and getbmynhair done, it has always felt hurried and disconnected; not here. Sue and her staff are salt of the earth. Do yourself a favor and go become part of the family
