Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I saw mixed reviews for this location but Cassandra was exceptional and patient with opening a new account. We couldnt ask for better service than what we received today.

I had no bad experience coming to this branch since i opened a new account. I see others bad reviews but mines was great. Fast and i was in and out. Thanks to Cassandra who helped me. I was greeted soon as i walked in!

The people here are rude and the customer service is so bad. I had to go in there 5 times, just to remove a name because different employees were telling me different things, dont know who to believe. Dont come here, theres better branches to go to.

Hey! Heads up! If you're considering banking with the bank in Anne Arundel area, think twice. They're the worst! Cassandra completely lacks professionalism. She almost kicked my wife out of the bank. We were already upset because they changed my account to $12.99 per month to give us customer service, but it's a complete waste! We've been with Bank of America for over 10 years Ill take my business somewhere else . Good luck to that bank with this type of "customer service." Nasty Cassandra couldnt complete a simple transaction.
