I recently had the displeasure of visiting Exile AutoWorx for some routine maintenance on my car, and I have to say, the experience was anything but satisfactory. From start to finish, the entire process was riddled with issues and left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. First off, the staff at the store seemed completely disinterested in providing good customer service. They were unhelpful and appeared to be more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting me with my car. When I asked for advice on which services were necessary for my car, they seemed to be uninterested in my concerns and simply gave me a list of services that seemed unnecessary and overpriced. Furthermore, the work done on my car was shoddy and incomplete. I noticed several issues with my car shortly after leaving the store, including a strange noise coming from the engine and a noticeable drop in performance. When I brought these issues to the attention of the staff, they seemed uninterested and unwilling to fix the issues. To make matters worse, the prices charged by the store were exorbitant and completely unjustified. I felt as though I was being taken advantage of and charged outrageous prices for work that was not even done correctly. Overall, I would strongly advise against using this auto maintenance store. The staff are unhelpful, the work is shoddy, and the prices are outrageous.
