I believe these people are very honest and trustworthy. I did get a good trade in price for a car that had a damaged transmission. They want you to be happy and a prepared to work with you on any issues with the car.

The admin lady was super accomodative of two (another customer and I) near-close of business safety inspection requests, despite the shop sounding quite busy that evening. The technicians finished up the exhaustive inspection in the amount of time that I anticipated it would take if thoroughly completed. E-inspection was submitted to MVA in addition to the hardcopy provided to me.

Horrible experience!! Purchased a vehicle and its been giving me issues since Day 1. I got the car 11/25/23. 11/27/23 I was calling Pars back about smoke and lights in the dashboard. They swore it was just the battery. I got it back that Wednesday ONLY for it to start smoking AGAIN that Saturday. I brought it back, they gave me a loaner without a passenger side door handle. (But thats another story and the loaner was so funky) I finally get the car back, they claimed they replaced the alternator. And as fate would have it I called a week or so before Xmas when I started noticing a leak from the vehicle. When I called, they were supposed to get back with me but NEVER did. So of course on my way to work New Years Eve, my vehicle started smoking again and ALL the lights in the dashboard again. Once I took the car to a mechanic they diagnosed it as a faulty head gasket. Or in other words, I needed a new engine. Once I relayed this info to Pars, they just was like oh its over 30 days you bought it as is. When theyve had the car about as much as Ive had it since I bought it. They told me Maryland does NOT have a Lemon law nor does Maryland have a used car warranty . I never felt more scammed in my whole life. I put down a deposit and I not to mention the interest rate for financing the vehicle. They totally took advantage of my Need To purchase a vehicle at a decent price. Only to shaft me in the end. While I understand the concept of AS IS, it certainly was not advertised as the piece of junk it is. Who would ever expect to buy a truly piece of junk from a dealer who has their own inspection and collision shop? Maybe thats how theyre able to sell you anything. There is NO WAY this car passed that inspection. Buyers BEWARE!!!!!

Great service, great recommendations. Had to bring my car in for an inspection and they let me in 10 minutes before they opened with no appointment and finished in about 25 minutes. Great people and cool waiting area. Would HIGHLY recommend Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection
