        They appear as a good place for one to go and get prenatal check ups and help. But the nurses at the desk will talk about your issues in front of other patients not caring how unprofessional it is or how uncomfortable it makes you. Also, you can make an appointment to see one midwife (like a female) only to get another(male) and they don't feel the need to inform you of the change. If you want to leave the practice they fail to let you know that you need to sign for your records because there is no other way to obtain them and that the process takes up to 4 weeks. My experience here has been awful. They are lucky I'm even giving two stars. They made it impossible for me to get into another practice because of how long i have to wait for my records and I cant even get back in to this practice just for a prenatal check up and im 39 weeks pregnant. This practice has made my pregnancy journey truly terrible.
