I had a great experience there! Very welcoming and supportive, they really try to push you out of your comfort zone while explaining why it is helpful to do so. I came in very nervous and shy and I came out feeling more confident and with a new mindset! A great place for young women and the people who work there are awesome and very self-assured in their knowledge of defense.

Krav Oz is 100% the best self defense school I have gone to hands down. I cant speak highly enough about it. Never have I felt so welcome and learned so many practical skills. My confidence is so much higher and the community is like family from day one. I recently moved for school and still go back to visit and invite friends Ive made there to come up to spar with me! Looking for good technique? The whole team is extremely skilled and they have a talent for combining many different styles for optimal defense. The distinction between technical disciplines is clear but also gives you an awesome tool box for combat. You will feel like you can ACTUALLY defend yourself if you needed to within a short amount of time with dedication. The team is always training to be better and we applaud when they achieve higher accomplishments alongside our victories too. The instructors have a great sense of humor but know when to be serious. They are open books about technique and happy to walk through things more than once until you get it. Looking for community? You will find literally the best people there. They are lifelong connections for me and the thought of going back brings me so much joy every time I visit town. As a woman in martial arts I also feel EMPOWERED and SAFE there with all the members. Excellent sportsmanship. There are even seminars specifically for womens self defense led by the most incredible and inspiring group of women (Brunch and Punch). Worried about sticking to it? Liz has got you with awesome organization and a really phenomenal app. You schedule it and if you cancel late you pay for not going - keeps you honest in the final hours before going if youre just too tired. We all know we need to just do it and I always feel better for it. On the fence? Visit at least once. You wont regret it and at the worst you get in a good workout! Trust me. Its a good workout. I really cant say enough good things about this place. Go and have fun!
