Went on 9/19 around 4:18pm to fax a paper and a lady at the printing area literally yelled "NO" at my 6yr old daughter because she wanted to touch some decorations. She needs some training on how to talk to people/kids. I wanted to curse her out but my daughter was there. Made my daughter cry because of the tone in her voice.

Yesterday, I went to Staples at Germantown to get some pictures printed. The staff member who helped me, Andrew Fletcher was really nice. He helped me with everything I needed by doing efficient work. I extremely appreciated his kindness, patience and respectfulness.

This staples has been so wonderful! I had to print my wedding programs and they were so kind and efficient!

Some nice people, some not. Most of them don't know much about what's going on in their own store. I ordered some engineering prints and they didn't rotate the images and still tried to charge me the entire price. Most of the copy/print machines don't work and they staff don't bother to try and help. They mostly wander around and say they're too busy to help you. I use Staples for most of my printing across the country but I'll make sure not to come back to this one. Just save yourself time and grief and go somewhere else.

I came here for last minute printing and the staff was incredibly helpful and helped me get my order through even though I was very pressed for time. My printing order was done expeditiously and the lady who attended me had a smile on her face the entire time. The reason I give two stars is because of how dirty and ill-lit the store was, it wasn't welcoming at all.
