I am an Aetna insurance health concierge. I spoke with the member and owner trying to help member with a large bill they received and owner was very disrespectful and I am not pleased with the customer Service the owner gave to the both of us. I apologized on behalf of the member who also was not pleased with the services done. Nothing against Dr. Regan. The owner was very argumentative and seemed as though fed up with the conversation to help the member with a large bill he wasnt suppose to have in the first place.
