James Gardiner Jr., MD

I have seen Dr. Gardiner for 20 years for my arthritic knees. He does not beat around the bush, but speaks directly to the issue, which I appreciate. In 2023 he did the surgery for my partial knee replacement. I was very happy with his manner, with the surgery, and the care after the fact. I have had very good results from the surgery. I have also had very good experiences with Dr. Fitzgibbons (for a smashed thumb) and Dr. Raffo. The front desk staff there is very friendly and competent, and the PT staff is outstanding!

Great. Hes straight forward, some might not like that. It may seems as if hes not sympathetic but he is and how much sympathy do you need, I mean come on! He knows his stuff

Great doctor. Recommend Dr. Gardiner to any person/athlete who needs attention for sports injury.

Dr. Gardiner took the time to listen to my husbands issue. He was straight forward and showed compassion.

I met him for a consultant for 6 minute appointment regarding my issue and he could not help me. He referred me to another doctor Dr. Wayne Olan for my issue. I can't believe he billed me for his $157.22 service as he didn't help me. I got 2 separate paper bill statements from his office weekly and his office texted me 12/21/23 to say I must pay his payment ASAP as well as an email reminder on 12/21/23. What's wrong WITH THIS DOCTOR WHEN HE SENT ME A BILL STATEMENT ON 12/20/23. THEN, ANOTHER REMINDER PAPER STATEMENT IN THE MAIL ON 12/29/23. NORMALLY, PATIENT HAVE A GRACE PERIOD TO MAKE THE PAYMENT WITHIN 3 WEEKS. I WILL PAY HIM SINCE I DO NOT WANT ANY ISSUES BUT I MUST WRITE HIM A NASTY REVIEW AS I DON'T APPRECIATE HIM OR HIS OFFICE HARASSING ME TO PAY DAILY ON TEXT AND EMAIL AS REMINDERS. THIS IS POOR UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR.
